Abstract/Paper Submission (Click for the Abstract/Paper Submission system)

Accepted research papers and posters (not exceeding 10 pages and previously unpublished) will be published in a special volume which will be available at the on-site registration.

AUTHORS HAVE TO PAY 10 EUROS FOR EVERY PAGE IF THEIR PAPERS EXCEED 10 PAGES.

Rules of Abstract/Paper Submission

  1. Only generated electronic documents,
  2. All submissions should be in Adobe Acrobat (.PDF), Microsoft Word (NO SCANNED submissions will be accepted),
  3. NO PLAGIARIZED papers will be accepted,
  4. Do NOT submit the same paper to more than one conference.

Formatting Requirements for Abstract/Paper Submissions

There is no template for the extended abstract (2-3 pages brief proposal which included Introduction-Method-Conclusion), however, if you would like to use a template, you can use the final submission template found here.

    1. Paper pages must be 8-10. Maximum 10 pages Please note that there is a 10 page limit on final paper submissions before extra page charges apply
    2. Paper Size must be Letter size: (not A4). Letter-size paper is 8.5" x 11" (21.6 cm x 27.9 cm)
    3. Margins must be 1" (2.5 cm)
    4. Font Face must be TIMES or TIMES NEW ROMAN,
    5. Font Size must be 10 point (except paper Title is 14 pt)
    6. 1.5 lines spacing
    7. References, graphics, tables all count toward total pages count,
    8. Must include an ABSTRACT, (8 point (Title is 12 pt), TIMES or TIMES NEW ROMAN, ITALIC)
    9. Do NOT include PAGE NUMBERS,
    10. Do NOT include HEADERS or FOOTER,
    11. Must include KEYWORDS (Maximum 5 words)

POSTER Format & Presentation

    1. Your text should be set in a large font 28 pt minimum, 36 to 60 pt preferred
    2. Select a larger, bold font for headings (possibly in multiple sizes if you have more than one level of headings).
    3. Use graphs, flow-charts, photographs, and diagrams to illustrate your poster.
    4. The tables, figures, graphics, and pictures should be read from at least two meters away on poster.
    5. Presenters have to be ready own presentation day and session to present poster papers.
